About the Author

Michelle Brewster began baking and creating at a very young age. After learning that she and her children were allergic to gluten, she began experimenting with gluten-free flours. She became dedicated to learning about her options and taking control of her allergies. She has also studied the relationship between sports and nutrition in order for her sports loving family to play at their very best. Michelle lives in Colorado with her husband, Jeb, and their children, Jerod and Coriah.
